Axel Audren

Axel Audren is an associate at Talex International, where he specializes in international arbitration, as well as in the enforcement and set-aside of arbitral awards.

Prior to joining the firm, Axel practiced within the arbitration departments of prestigious law firms across Paris and the Middle East (including Abu Dhabi, Beirut, and Cairo). His experience spans a broad range of commercial, investor-state, and sports-related disputes.

Axel has navigated proceedings under the auspices of major arbitral institutions such as the ICC, PCA, ICSID, DIAC, CRCICA, and BCCI. His sector expertise includes banking, energy, nuclear power, and construction (notably FIDIC and NEC), as well as complex shareholder disputes.

He has advised on matters governed by French, English, Egyptian, Emirati, Russian, and Belarusian law.

A graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Axel also spent a year at Moscow State University. He is a member of the Paris Bar (admitted 2025) and is active in several professional networks, including the ILA, Young ICCA, YIAG, and ACE. He also contributes to the Paris Baby Arbitration Bulletin.

Axel has been serving clients in French, English, Russian, and Arabic.
